Delicatus is our cozy 2,800 sq. ft. restaurant in Pioneer Square that is available for buy outs that range from All Staff Cocktail Events to casual Wedding Receptions. When we took over the location on 1st Ave in 2009 we had one Major Objective in our design: restore the historical integrity of the original Schwabacher Building to create a unique and timeless experience. Once the partners located the 1st & Yesler location, we went to work peeling decades of shabby construction from the interior, revealing some amazing and eye-catching features. Our restaurant offers an affordable and versatile setting featuring high ceilings, brick wall, a rustic bar and sizable mezzanine with a dramatic view of your event.

From the beginning, we were drawn to historic spaces that not only needed to be nurtured, but indeed celebrated! So, come on down and enjoy your celebration in our beloved space!
