We will be featuring John’s side project, the Browne Family Vineyards and we will be tasting the past two vintages of each varietal offered with 2 “paired” dishes per varietal. We will be enjoying a wonderful 4 course meal with wine pairings by Grant Stanley, the Winemaker of Quails Gate. Quails’ Gate Winery is nestled in the beautiful Okanagan Valley of British Columbia and has been owned and operated by the Stewart Family, for over 100 years.
This event will also be part of the Save Bristol Bay campaign which is fighting to raise awareness of the potential impacts of a prospective pebble mine in the Alaska watershed. Chef Aaron Willis will be incorporating fresh Bristol Bay Sockeye Salmon into the menu in unison with Chef’s all across the country in order to support the people of Bristol Bay in their fight to protect this fragile watershed.
The dinner is $65 per guest plus tax and gratuity. There will be wine available for all those that would like to purchase for cellaring or enjoying in the near future.
