We have partnered up with our friends and neighbors at Little Uncle by opening up the kitchen for Chef to play. The menu created by Chef Willis reflects his favorite dishes offered up as an homage to the incredible diversity and rich flavors of the Balinese people . They will be served in traditional “Nasi Campur” style, which means “mixed rice” and refers to a selection of dishes served over rice. These are all traditional Balinese dishes with Fish, Beef, Chicken, Veggies and even Tempe making an appearance so grab your friends and come down for a good time. This event will happen at Little Uncle in Pioneer Square 88 Yesler Way, just around the corner from Delicatus.

We will be enjoying a wonderful 4 course meal with wine pairings by Grant Stanley, the Winemaker of Quails Gate. Quails’ Gate Winery is nestled in the beautiful Okanagan Valley of British Columbia and has been owned and operated by the Stewart Family, for over 100 years.
This event will also be part of the Save Bristol Bay campaign which is fighting to raise awareness of the potential impacts of a prospective pebble mine in the Alaska watershed. Chef Aaron Willis will be incorporating fresh Bristol Bay Sockeye Salmon into the menu in unison with Chef’s all across the country in order to support the people of Bristol Bay in their fight to protect this fragile watershed.
The dinner is $65 per guest plus tax and gratuity. There will be wine available for all those that would like to purchase for cellaring or enjoying in the near future.
