The daily menu at Delicatus focuses on traditional preparations ranging from classic corned beef and pastrami, to house-cured salmon lox and duck confit. Ingredients are sourced from the best local purveyors in order to maintain our high standards of consistent quality.

We at Delicatus focus not only on making Seattle’s best sandwiches daily, but also a thoughtful and affordable Evening Plates Menu in a comfortable, unpretentious manner. The Evening Menu is comprised of locally sourced ingredients prepared with classic technique with a desire to delight the senses. Along with flavors and a style that is not restrained, our monthly rotating menu focuses on the natural qualities within each element guiding the journey from planet to plate.

Brunch Menu: We serve brunch every Sunday from 10am-2pm but don’t worry Sandwich Junkies we still have the Sandwich Menu available. Brunch items do rotate depending on season, availability and our own creativity. We proudly serve Fonte Coffee & Espresso. Here is an example of our current menu.

Table Service: Table service is also available daily. For those who want to stay awhile and savor our delicatessen sandwiches or delicacies like fine charcuterie and great table wines, Delicatus offers a welcoming, unpretentious dining environment.
